Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions to lead Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) transformation programs for Energy & Utility clients. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of asset-intensive industries, maintenance operations, reliability engineering, and digital asset management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon solutions.

- Define EAM/APM roadmaps aligned with business and operational objectives.

- Design solutions for Asset Lifecycle Management, Maintenance, Work Management, Reliability, Inventory, and Field Service operations.

- Integrate EAM platforms with ERP, GIS, SCADA, IoT, and enterprise data platforms.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on asset reliability, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency.

- Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, deployment, and stakeholder engagement.

- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT teams.

- Mentor delivery teams and provide technical leadership across programs.

Required Skills :

- 10 - 22 years of experience in Asset Management, Industrial IT, or Digital Transformation.

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and/or Hexagon EAM/APM solutions.

- Deep understanding of Utility, Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, or Energy Transition operations.

- Experience in Asset Management, Maintenance Optimization, Reliability Engineering, and Work & Asset Management processes.

- Knowledge of IoT, Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance, GIS, SCADA, and Enterprise Integration architectures.

- Strong understanding of EAM/APM best practices and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

- Experience with utility, energy, or renewable industry transformation programs.

- Relevant IBM Maximo or Hexagon certifications preferred.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
