Solution Architect - HCM Modules

Responsibilities :

- Design and architect UKG Pro HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.

- Enable new UKG features, configurations, and business workflows.

- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions.

- Lead solution design, integrations, testing, and release activities.

- Optimize existing processes for efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

Requirements :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in HCM/HR technology roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) HCM.

- Expertise in core HR : payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting.

- Experience with workflows, security roles, and system integrations.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
