Role Summary :

We are seeking a Client-Facing Solution Architect with strong expertise in DevOps, application development, and multi-cloud platforms.

This role will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to design, present, and deliver secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

The candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning architecture decisions from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints.

- Design and present end-to-end solution architectures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

- Translate business use cases into cloud-native, scalable, and cost-effective architectures.

- Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs with customer stakeholders.

- Define DevOps and CI/CD strategies, enabling automation, faster releases, and operational excellence.

- Provide architectural guidance on microservices, container platforms, APIs, and event-driven systems.

- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, availability, performance, and resiliency. Collaborate with delivery, DevOps, and development teams to ensure architecture is implemented as designed.

- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, technical proposals, and RFP responses.

- Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.

Technical Expertise :

Cloud & Architecture :

- Strong hands-on experience designing multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Expertise in high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and security architecture.

- Deep understanding of cloud networking, IAM, governance, and cost optimisation.

DevOps & Platform Engineering :

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM)

- Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and reliability engineering

Application Development :

- Strong development background in Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent technologies

- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native application design

- Good understanding of Agile, SDLC, and DevSecOps practices

Client & Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to present complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proven experience building trusted advisor relationships with clients.

- Strong documentation and solution presentation skills.

Nice to Have :

- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect level preferred).

- Experience in enterprise, BFSI, fintech, or regulated environments.

- Exposure to SRE, platform engineering, or large-scale modernisation programs
