About this job :

Lead the technical design and delivery of a bulk data-ingestion and integration platform. Own end-to-end architecture across Python backend services, ingestion pipelines, a configurable business-rules engine, and SAP integration delivered on Azure and against enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the target solution architecture and appropriate integration patterns for the platform.

- Own the end-to-end technical architecture across backend services, data-ingestion pipelines, business-rules engine, and SAP integration.

- Make, document, and communicate key technical and architectural decisions.

- Establish standards for code quality, security, architecture, and CI/CD practices.

- Provide technical guidance to development teams on Python, React, and Azure implementation.

- Ensure the solution conforms to client platform, architecture, and security constraints.

- Define and manage non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and auditability.

- Review technical designs and implementations to ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture.

- Guide the team in developing scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

- Work with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solution designs.

Tech Stack and Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in an Architect or Technical Lead role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Container Apps / App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Azure Messaging.

- Hands-on experience with SAP integration, including IDoc, OData, and APIs.

- Experience with micro-frontend or component-based UI delivery.

- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, APIs, backend services, and data-ingestion platforms.

- Experience with enterprise architecture, security standards, CI/CD, and technical governance.

- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and auditability.

- Knowledge of system-versioned / temporal data and effective-dating patterns will be an added advantage.

- Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
