Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect at Nazztec, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and efficient architectures. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the development of data platforms, integrating various technologies, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data-driven initiatives and driving tangible business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and robust data architectures leveraging technologies like Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, and various cloud platforms to meet client's business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, design specifications, and technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for data ingestion, processing, storage, and analysis to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions within defined timelines and budgets.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering, cloud computing, and AI/ML to continuously improve our solutions and offerings.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex data solutions using Snowflake DB, Kafka, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proven expertise in microservices architecture, API design, and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

- Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in building intelligent solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 10 - 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
