Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience : 7+ years in enterprise software delivery, including 3+ years in solution or integration architecture.

- Deep experience with APIs, event-driven integration, identity, cloud architecture, data design and production operations.

- Strong command of security patterns, environment strategy and non-functional requirements across enterprise deployments.

- Ability to lead customer workshops and explain complex decisions to executives and engineers.

- Track record designing systems that moved successfully from discovery into production.

- Should have experience with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud or similar CRM/contact-center platforms.

Good to have :

- AI system design covering retrieval, model evaluation, guardrails, observability and human escalation.

- Experience in security-sensitive or regulated environments.
