Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience, possessing deep technical knowledge and strong expertise in Conga CPQ integrations with SAP. The ideal candidate will guide and support the team by providing architectural solutions, best practices, and technical insights. Familiarity with the Conga platform and CPQ implementations is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Conga CPQ solutions integrated with SAP systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and solution standards.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and Conga CPQ specialists to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Define integration patterns, data flows, and technical specifications for CPQ-SAP integration projects.

- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to CPQ and SAP integration.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in CPQ and SAP landscapes to recommend improvements and innovations.

- Document architecture, technical decisions, and solution design to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a senior technical leadership role.

- Strong experience with Conga CPQ integrations with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or similar).

- Hands-on knowledge of Conga platform CPQ is highly desirable.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex, end-to-end solutions in enterprise environments.

- Solid understanding of SAP modules and integration technologies (IDOC, API, Web Services, OData).

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to guide teams on technical decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Experience in leading workshops, architectural discussions, and solution reviews.

Preferred:

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to other CPQ platforms or Salesforce CPQ is a plus
