Solution Architect - Boomi/MuleSoft

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Solution Architect with strong expertise in Integration Architecture to design scalable integration solutions, conversational experiences, and enterprise automation workflows.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of API ecosystems, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead technical discovery and solutioning engagements.

This role requires a strong blend of technical architecture, consulting, and communication capabilities to work closely with clients, business teams, and engineering stakeholders.

- Define API interaction patterns, authentication flows, and data mappings while designing conversational experiences and automation workflows.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures for enterprise applications.

- Lead client discovery workshops to gather business requirements, understand integration challenges, and define solution approaches.

- Create and present solution proposals, prototypes, technical recommendations, and architectural designs to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

- Design REST and SOAP-based integrations across multiple enterprise systems.

- Drive best practices in API design, system interoperability, security, scalability, and governance.

- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for integration efficiency and performance.

- Support pre-sales and consulting activities by providing technical expertise and architecture guidance.

- Ensure technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints are maintained and updated.

- 8+ years of experience in Integration Architecture or Solution Architecture.

- Strong understanding of API architectures, integration patterns, authentication mechanisms, and data transformation/mapping.

- Hands on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar.

- Experience in designing conversational experiences, workflow automation, or enterprise integration solutions.

- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to lead workshops, technical discussions, and architectural review sessions.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to middleware/integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, or similar.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise application integration.

- Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, SSO, and API gateways.

- Experience working in agile development environments.
