Job Summary :

We are hiring a Solution Architect with strong leadership experience and hands-on expertise in any backend tech stack to design scalable and high-performance systems.

Key Skills :

- 7 to 10 years of software development experience

- Proven team leadership/mentoring experience

- Strong hands-on experience in any backend technology (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET, etc.)

- Experience in system design, micro services, APIs, and scalable architecture

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing backend solutions

- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices and architecture standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Provide technical guidance on system design, integrations, and performance optimization

- Review code, ensure quality standards, and drive technical excellence

- Participate in architectural decision-making and technology selection
