Key Responsibilities :
Project Ownership & Delivery :
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (websites, mobile apps, platforms, integrations, campaigns)
- Define scope, milestones, sprint plans, delivery roadmaps
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications & user stories
- Enforce project governance, change management & documentation
Stakeholder & Client Management :
- Act as primary project point-of-contact
- Manage client expectations, communication, and sign-offs
- Conduct project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder presentations
Technical Leadership :
- Work closely with developers, architects, QA and DevOps
- Understand technical constraints, APIs, integrations and cloud environments
- Participate in solution design discussions, estimations, and feasibility reviews
- Support effort estimation and resource planning
Agile & Delivery Management :
- Lead Scrum / Kanban ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Track velocity, burndown, risks and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding and release best practices
Risk, Quality & Compliance :
- Identify delivery risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure quality releases in collaboration with QA teams
- Drive UAT coordination and production rollout support
Tools & Reporting :
Use PM tools like :
1. Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello
2. Confluence / Wiki / Documentation tools
- Maintain dashboards, Gantt charts, RAID logs, reports
Key Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience delivering digital or SaaS/enterprise projects

- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, facilitate feedback sessions, and provide consistent project updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clickup, Agile frameworks).
