We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar systems for home-owners across India.

Role Overview :

Were looking for a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst who can turn data into decisions and build powerful insights for business growth.

What Youll Do :

- Build high-impact dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Looker

- Analyze CRM data (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)

- Track and optimize sales funnel metrics leads, conversions, pipeline

- Deliver actionable insights to leadership

- Partner with Sales, Marketing & Ops to drive data-backed decisions

What Were Looking For:

- 36 years in Business/Data Analytics

- Strong with Data Visualization, Excel/Sheets, SQL

- Experience working with CRM systems & sales analytics

- IIT / NIT / Tier-1 engineering institutes preferred
