Role Overview :

We are looking for a Project Manager who can own end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring execution across scope, timelines, resources, and client expectations.

This role requires hands-on delivery ownership, not coordination or facilitation. The candidate will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to closure while managing risks, stakeholders, and execution challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, and closure

- Create and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines

- Handle client communication, status reporting, and escalations directly

- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Drive resource planning, allocation, and utilization across teams

- Ensure on-time, within-scope delivery aligned with client expectations

- Lead cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, Support)

- Conduct UAT coordination, release planning, and deployment tracking

- Monitor delivery health using metrics, reports, and tracking tools

Must Have :

- 4+ years in Project Management

- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery ownership

- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and tracking

- Hands-on experience in handling client escalations and issue resolution

- Exposure to resource planning and allocation across projects

- Experience in risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance

- Strong communication skills with ability to manage client-facing discussions

- BE/BTech/MCA
