Job Description :



We are looking for a passionate and skilled Engineering Manager to join our technology team and take ownership of end-to-end application development. You will lead a team of developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strong technical expertise with people management.



Key Responsibilities :



- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across front-end and back-end technologies.


- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure applications.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.


- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.


- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.


- Drive agile practices like sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.


- Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve development processes.


- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.


- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.



Requirements :



- 8+ years of experience in full stack development.


- 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.


- Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).


- Solid back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages.


- Strong database knowledge (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).


- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side frameworks.


- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).


- Understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
