Monday.com Software Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Monday.com Software Engineer with experience in workflow automation, process optimization, and platform customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows within the Monday.com ecosystem.

Experience Required : 3- 5 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize workflows on Monday.com

- Configure boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

- Integrate Monday.com with third-party applications and APIs

- Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com

- Experience in workflow automation and process optimization

- Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools

- Understanding of business process mapping

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with CRM/ERP integrations

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies

- Experience with scripting or low-code/no-code platforms
