About the Role :

The position requires a professional who can identify gaps between the Oracle Retail solution's standard functionality and 7-Eleven's C-Store requirements, and propose workarounds or necessary customizations. The role involves working in an Agile environment, leading teams, and promoting faster time to market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse business requirements and map business process in ReSA, RMS and ReIM applications

- Identify gaps between the Oracle Retail solution's standard functionality and 7-Elevens C-Store requirements, and propose workarounds or necessary customizations

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems

- Lead teams and promote faster time to market in an Agile environment

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience using Pro-C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams, and practicing lean principles

- Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud

- Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Retail v19 or above, including SaaS deployment and upgrade strategies

- Knowledge of C-Store requirements and operations
