Job Description :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience using Pro-C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development.

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams, practices lean principles and promoting faster time to market.

- Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud.

- Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail.

- Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services for hosting and scaling Oracle Retail applications.

- Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimization and database query tuning.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments.

- Experience with security and compliance for SaaS solutions (data encryption, identity).

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable enterprise solutions using Oracle APEX, with a deep understanding of the underlying PL/SQL framework.

- Proven ability to design, document, and deploy RESTful services that adhere to industry standards for security and data integrity.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
