Software Engineer - CodeBeamer Implementation & Administration

Role : Software Engineer ( Codebeamer implementation and admin Expert)

Primary Skills :

- PTC CodeBeamer : Extensive experience in implementing and configuring PTC CodeBeamer.

- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) : Strong understanding of ALM processes and methodologies including Requirements, Change, Test, Defect Management.

- Automotive Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the automotive industry's engineering and quality standards.

- Customize CodeBeamer to align with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other industry standards.

- Requirements Management : Proficiency in capturing and managing requirements within ALM tools.

- Customization and Configuration : Ability to customize and configure PTC CodeBeamer based on organizational needs.

- Configure workflows, templates, and dashboards to align with customer requirements.

- Training and Support : Experience in providing training and technical support to end-users.

- Documentation : Strong skills in creating and maintaining implementation and process documentation.

- Tool Integration : Knowledge of integrating PTC CodeBeamer with other tools and systems.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption.

Secondary Skills :

- Project Management : Basic project management skills to handle implementation timelines and deliverables.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in PTC CodeBeamer implementation and customization.

- Proven track record of successful ALM tool implementation in an automotive or related industry.

- Certifications in ALM, PTC CodeBeamer, or related areas are a plus.
