About the Role :

You will build the agent orchestration system that is the 'brain' of our platform. You will define how AI agents make decisions, coordinate with each other, and maintain context. This role determines whether Kaizan is a chatbot or a truly autonomous AI it is the most technically ambitious position on the engineering team.

What You'll Build in 2026 :

- Multi-agent orchestration framework coordinating 10+ agents working in parallel

- Kaizan's proprietary CARE algorithm infrastructure aggregating signals, recommendations, and workflows for next best action to improve client ROI and CSAT

- Custom agent builder for domain-specific AI teammates

- Agent analytics and observability systems

Who We're Looking For :

- Experience : 5-8 years in full-stack engineering, including 2+ years in production LLM/AI systems

- Built multi-agent systems or autonomous decision engines in production

- Strong command of LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic architectures

- Deep understanding of how to design agents that maintain context, coordinate, and make reliable decisions

- Comfortable owning the full stack from infrastructure and data to API and UI
