About the Role

- This is not just another dev role.

- Youll be building the core systems behind an AI-native product, working directly on scalable backend systems, APIs, and intelligent workflows.

What Youll Do :

- Build and own features end-to-end (design , development ,deployment , scale)

- Develop scalable backend systems and REST APIs (Python)

- Work on microservices architecture and distributed systems

- Build responsive UIs using React (or similar frameworks)

- Integrate with 3rd-party systems and APIs

- Optimize for performance, reliability, and scalability

- Write clean, testable, and production-grade code

- Collaborate closely with founders & senior engineers

Tech Stack :

- Backend : Python, REST APIs, Microservices

- Frontend : React / Vue, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Cloud : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, AutoScaling, CloudFront, etc.)

- Databases : MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

- DevOps : CI/CD, Linux, Monitoring tools

- AI Tools : GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codeium, etc.

Must-Have Skills :

- 25 years of experience as a Software Engineer (Backend / Full Stack)

- Strong hands-on experience in Python (backend development)

- Experience building REST APIs & microservices-based systems

- Hands-on experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks)

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & System Design

- Experience working with AWS and cloud-based architectures

- Familiarity with SQL + NoSQL databases

Good to Have :

- Experience working on AI/ML-based products or workflows

- Exposure to high-scale or real-time systems

- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

- Experience in product-based companies / startups
