What youll do :

Develop & Architect :

- Solve complex technical problems and write elegant, scalable, production-grade code

- Architect resilient and secure systems, that scale with rapidly growing demand

- Own CI/CD, deployments, observability, and uptime, ensuring smooth operations

Execute & Lead :

- Drive features end-to-end : design ? implementation ? deployment ? monitoring

- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions

- Own team execution - identify bottlenecks, prioritize work, and deliver consistently

- Partner with Product & Business to translate requirements into robust tech solutions

Youre a good fit if you have :

- 6-8 years of experience at a product-first company

- Deep hands-on expertise in building backend systems

- Strong Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot proficiency

- Experience with React or Angular

- Solid grasp of microservices and distributed systems

- DevOps experience with AWS, Jenkins, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure

- (Bonus) Frontend experience or exposure to Next
