Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong experience in test automation and Java programming. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation framework development, Selenium WebDriver, BDD frameworks, and functional testing, along with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications.

- Work across the entire Test Automation Life Cycle, including planning, design, development, and execution.

- Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.

- Implement automation frameworks using BDD and modern automation practices.

- Debug test failures and provide effective solutions for automation challenges.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in test planning, defect tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

- Contribute to the creation of test reports, summary reports, and defect lifecycle management.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation using Selenium.

- Proficiency in Java programming, including :

2. Collections

3. Exception Handling

4. Packages

5. OOP Concepts

6. Algorithm implementation

- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, BDD frameworks, and JavaScript-based automation.

- Solid understanding of functional testing and manual testing processes.

- Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC), testing artifacts, and defect life cycle.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Automation Framework Experience :

Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks such as:

- Page Object Model (POM)

- Data Driven Framework

- Hybrid Framework

- Factory Design Pattern

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.

- Exposure to API testing or performance testing tools.
