About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate SDE III / Senior Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in React Native and native mobile technologies to build scalable and high-performing mobile applications for the banking domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade mobile applications, strong problem-solving capabilities, and an ownership mindset to deliver seamless digital experiences to millions of users.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to design and develop new features.

- Enhance and maintain existing mobile application features with a focus on scalability and performance.

- Solve complex technical challenges unique to banking and financial applications.

- Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

- Build high-quality, pixel-perfect mobile UI experiences based on stakeholder and design specifications.

- Perform peer code reviews and contribute to engineering excellence within the team.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application reliability, performance, and responsiveness.

- Work on native platform integrations for both Android and iOS ecosystems.

- Ensure application security, stability, and compliance with mobile development standards.

Requirements :

- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or related field.

- 6 to 9 years of experience in building and delivering large-scale mobile applications.

- Strong hands-on experience in React Native and React.js.

- Good understanding of JavaScript, mobile architecture, and application lifecycle.

- Expertise in either or both :

a. Android development using Kotlin / Android SDK

b. iOS development using Swift

- Strong understanding of mobile ecosystem limitations, optimization techniques, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Self-driven attitude with strong ownership and execution mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
