Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Own the architecture of core backend modules and contribute to overall platform scalability.

- Drive and implement microservices-based architecture for modularity and reusability.

Problem Solving & Optimization :

- Optimize database design and queries for scalability.

- Implement effective logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.

Innovation & DevOps :

- Improve code quality, deployment processes, and engineering productivity.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Document system architecture, APIs, and workflows for knowledge sharing.
