Role Overview :

As an SDE-3 at Talent Pro, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our core software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their end-users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and testable software components using Java and Python to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance our product offerings and drive business growth.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to our services and maintaining high availability.

- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.

- Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools, streamlining workflows and increasing team efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex software systems using Java and Python.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
