We are looking for a highly motivated SDE 3 Golang to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. As a senior individual contributor, you will play a key role in system design, development, and technical decision-making while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang

- Build scalable, low-latency, and high-availability systems

- Own features end-to-end from design to deployment

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

- Participate in architecture and design discussions

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability

- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

- Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7- 9 years of backend development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices

- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

- Understanding of distributed systems

- Exposure to monitoring tools and logging frameworks
