Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE - Frontend to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of frontend featuresfrom development to deploymentwhile ensuring exceptional UI/UX quality, performance, accessibility, and code standards. You will work closely with backend, DevOps, product, and design teams to build robust fintech solutions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Deliver scalable, high-performance frontend applications aligned with business and product requirements

- Own frontend features end-to-end, from development through deployment

- Ensure superior UI quality with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness

- Maintain and continuously improve frontend architecture, scalability, and code quality

- Collaborate effectively with backend, DevOps, design, and product teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade frontend applications using React.js

- Build reusable, scalable UI components and design systems using Tailwind CSS

- Implement complex UI workflows, state-driven interactions, and data-intensive user interfaces

- Apply advanced React concepts such as Hooks, custom hooks, Context API, memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting

- Manage application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Context API

- Implement client-side routing using React Router

- Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and rendering efficiency

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and manage authentication and authorization flows

- Own and manage frontend deployments on AWS (S3, CloudFront, Route 53)

- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage environment configurations

- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library

- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend and engineering best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux / RTK / Zustand / Context API)

- Experience building responsive and accessible UIs using Tailwind CSS

- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques

- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication workflows

- Exposure to AWS-based frontend deployments and CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams
