Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET, and WPF or ASP.NET to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, WPF or ASP.NET

- Understand and analyze business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following object-oriented principles

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards

- Develop and execute unit tests and follow testing methodologies such as TDD

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the SDLC

- Independently handle assigned tasks and take ownership of deliverables

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and application performance

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, WPF or ASP.NET

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns

- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex applications

- Working knowledge of unit testing tools and methodologies

- Ability to handle complex technical topics with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have :

- Experience with Angular or modern frontend frameworks

- Exposure to Building Automation or similar industrial/enterprise domains

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
