Position Overview :

Software Co is seeking highly skilled and versatile AI Solutions Engineers to join our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team. This role demands individuals with deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, capable of designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems across diverse industries, including healthcare, construction, e-commerce, CRM/ERP systems, and cutting-edge hardware and wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models tailored to specific industry use cases, such as medical transcription, smart scheduling, occupancy prediction, dynamic pricing, and real-time conversational interfaces.

- Build and optimise natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI modules to power chatbots, AI scribes, and conversational agents.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to integrate AI modules seamlessly into web, mobile, and wearable applications.

- Research and evaluate the latest AI frameworks and tools to ensure Software Co remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

- Participate in solution architecture design and contribute to technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of AI-driven features.

- Document AI workflows, data pipelines, model training processes, and provide technical guidance to junior team members as required.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Proven industry experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and LLM fine-tuning (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain).

- Strong grasp of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation.

- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production environments.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and an eagerness to tackle complex, open-ended problems.
