Role Overview :

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience managing IT projects in .NET development environments using Agile/Scrum methodologies, along with experience working with Azure Cloud Services. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, scope, budget, timelines, and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies in .NET and Azure environments.

- Ensure that sprints deliver value on time, within the agreed scope and budget, and in alignment with business priorities.

- Delegate responsibilities effectively and encourage self-organization and accountability within Scrum teams.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to refine and prioritize backlog items.

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Act as a functional subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of the application, business processes, and expected deliverables.

- Provide clear guidance to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

- Guide teams through development, testing, and implementation, and review completed work effectively.

- Manage client communication and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Prepare and present sprint progress reports, burndown charts, and project updates to clients.

- Communicate project status transparently and promptly escalate impediments to management and client stakeholders.

- Ensure project outcomes consistently meet SLA requirements and client expectations.

- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.

- Resolve complex or sensitive issues that affect delivery.

- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks based on project progress and take timely corrective action.

- Capture lessons learned throughout project execution and apply them to improve future sprints.

- Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and documentation standards across all sprint phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within an overall experience of 10 - 12+ years.

- Demonstrated experience managing Agile/Scrum projects in .NET development environments.

- Experience working with Azure Cloud Services.

- Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferred.
