Sodexo - Global Artificial Intelligence Architect

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and large-scale distributed systems, along with experience in driving enterprise AI transformation programs across geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Architecture :

- Define and own the enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and reference architecture

- Design scalable AI platforms supporting ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI use cases

- Establish AI architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices

- Drive adoption of AI-first solutions across business functions

Generative AI & Advanced AI Solutions :

- Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and AI copilots

- Design and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications (chatbots, document intelligence, knowledge assistants)

- Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial AI models

- Ensure responsible AI practices, explainability, and model governance

Platform Engineering & MLOps :

- Build and scale AI/ML platforms and pipelines (MLOps)

- Design model lifecycle management including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring

- Implement CI/CD for ML models, feature stores, and data pipelines

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems

Data Architecture & Engineering :

- Define data strategy, governance, and architecture for AI use cases

- Work with structured and unstructured data (data lakes, warehouses, real-time streaming)

- Enable data quality, lineage, and security frameworks

- Collaborate with data engineering teams for pipeline optimization

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Architect AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Leverage services such as SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI

- Design GPU-based, distributed computing environments

- Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of AI workloads

Security, Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws (GDPR, etc.) and AI governance frameworks

- Implement model security, access control, and ethical AI practices

- Define auditability, bias detection, and fairness mechanisms

Stakeholder & Global Leadership :

- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and global stakeholders

- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

- Lead cross-functional teams across regions and time zones

- Act as a thought leader and AI evangelist
