We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to join our team and contribute to designing and developing high-quality web experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Web Development & Design :

- Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications across multiple platforms and browsers.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern web technologies.

- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability.

Frontend Implementation & Innovation :

- Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional and interactive web interfaces.

- Implement modern UI/UX best practices to enhance user engagement and experience.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve design and development processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Test websites and web applications for compatibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices and browsers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement :

- Suggest improvements to enhance website functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

- Maintain and update documentation related to code, design, and development standards.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)

- Experience with responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first design

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards

- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration platforms

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and attention-to-detail skills

- Creative mindset with an eye for design, color, and typography

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field

- 2 to 5 years of experience in web design and development

- Portfolio showcasing responsive websites, web applications, or interactive UI projects

Performance Metrics / KPIs :

- Quality and responsiveness of web designs

- Timely delivery of assigned projects and tasks

- Website performance metrics (load speed, responsiveness, user engagement)

- Cross-browser and device compatibility
