Job Description
About Role :
As an SDE- III Engineer, you will drive the development of scalable, reliable, and performant systems. You will work closely with product management, front-end engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the companys technical and business goals.
Experience : 5-8 Years
Location : Gurugram (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39)
Working Arrangement : 5 Days a week (Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems
- Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2)
- Identify technical debt and drive long-term engineering improvements
- Make architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals
- Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience with backend language ie. Node.js
- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, and RESTful APIs.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related technical field
- Hands-on experience designing and scaling backend services and APIs
- Proven ability to own large systems end-to-end with minimal oversight
