The Tech Project Manager will manage technical aspects of projects for platforms like SmartVault and OCMP, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams (devs, QA, DevOps) and stakeholders (product, sales) to deliver high-quality features on time.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams : Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., microservices architecture) into business terms for stakeholders, and vice versa, fostering clear communication via meetings, demos, and updates.

- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals : Review requirements for practicality, conduct tech spike sessions, prioritize backlogs, and validate solutions against scalability, security, and performance needs.

- Monitor and report on technical progress and risks : Track sprints using tools like Jira, generate burndown charts and status reports, identify blockers (e.g., dependency delays), and mitigate risks through contingency planning.

- Facilitate technical discussions and resolve dependencies : Lead refinement sessions, architecture reviews, and cross-team syncs to unblock issues like API integrations or infra provisioning.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of software engineering and system design principles (e.g., REST APIs, cloud architectures, CI/CD).

- Expertise in project management and agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban).
