Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Technical Lead - Backend to spearhead the development of robust, scalable APIs and backend services powering our SmartVault (secure document management platform) and OCMP (omnichannel campaign management platform).

In this pivotal role, you'll drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and ensure seamless integration across our high-traffic ecosystems, handling millions of transactions daily.

Responsibilities :

- Develop microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka.

- Implement authentication systems, billing modules, and campaign management APIs.

- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for integration.

- Optimize database queries and backend performance.

Required Skills : Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Kafka, and Redis.
