The Jr UI/UX Designer will design user-centric interfaces for the SmartVault (secure vault app) and OCMP (campaign platform) using a modern UI/UX tech stack, contributing fresh ideas to create intuitive experiences that boost user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and develop wireframes and prototypes : Run surveys/interviews, analyze user data (e.g., heatmaps from Hotjar), create low-fi wireframes (sketches/Balsamiq), and high-fi interactive prototypes in Figma to validate flows for tasks like file sharing or campaign setup.

- Collaborate with developers for implementation : Handoff designs with specs (auto-layout, variants, components), join standups to clarify interactions, and iterate based on dev feedback using Zeplin/Avocode for pixel-perfect handoff.

- Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards : Follow WCAG 2.1 (color contrast, alt text, keyboard nav), design fluid grids/breakpoints for mobile/desktop, and test prototypes on devices/emulators for inclusive, adaptive UIs.

Required Skills :
