Description :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labor) and Absence Management Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US-based implementations and support projects, working as a primary resource responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions in Time & Labor and Absence modules.
This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, configuration, fast formulas, reporting, and production support, along with the ability to interact with stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management implementations and support engagements.
- Act as the primary functional consultant for OTL and Absence modules in both implementation and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and manage :
1. Time entry rules, time calculation rules, and approval workflows.
2. Absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, and absence types.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence use cases.
- Design and generate BI Publisher (BIP) reports for business and compliance needs.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support, including defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, and HR.
Qualifications :
- 7- 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on :
a. Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
b. Oracle Absence Management.
Minimum :
- 2 US Implementation projects as a primary resource handling OTL & Absence.
- 3 US Support projects as a primary support consultant.
Strong expertise in :
- OTL and Absence configurations.
- Fast Formula development (Time & Labor and Absence).
- BI Publisher (BIP) report creation and customization.
- Good understanding of US business processes, compliance, and labor laws related to time and absence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
