You will work closely with client stakeholders to analyze their HR processes, configure the PeopleSoft environment, and ensure the system effectively supports organizational goals.

This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and gap analysis to system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support, ultimately ensuring that the client's HCM platform is optimized for performance and user efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications to ensure the PeopleSoft HCM solution aligns with client-specific HR workflows.

- Configure core PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor, to streamline administrative processes and improve data accuracy.

- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and provide innovative solutions to address functional limitations, ensuring seamless integration with existing business operations.

- Lead system testing cycles, including SIT and UAT, to validate configurations and ensure a high-quality, error-free delivery for the end-user.

- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting to resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining system stability for global clients.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customizations, ensuring that functional requirements are met without compromising system scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in functional consulting.

- Strong analytical ability to map business processes to system functionality, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, present solutions to stakeholders, and manage client expectations effectively.

- Proficiency in writing detailed functional design documents and test scripts to guide technical development and quality assurance teams.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment at our Bangalore office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
