Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SmartCOMM Developer with strong expertise in document composition, template development, and customer communication management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SmartCOMM development, insurance domain knowledge, and the ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders to deliver high-quality document generation solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates for enterprise communication solutions.

- Perform XML/JSON data mapping and integration with SmartCOMM applications.

- Implement complex business rules, conditional logic, and dynamic document generation requirements.

- Support production environments by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.

- Develop and optimize batch document generation processes.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

- Manage and support large-scale template inventories (50+ templates).

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, performance requirements, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in SmartCOMM Template Development.

- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and data mapping concepts.

- Experience implementing conditional rules and complex template logic.

- Strong experience in production support, defect resolution, and enhancement activities.

- Hands-on experience with batch document generation processes.

- Ability to manage multiple document templates across various business lines and states.

- Experience working directly with US clients and cross-functional global teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Insurance domain experience, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
