Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Developer with strong expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining personalized customer communication templates and document-generation solutions using the SmartCOMM platform.

SmartCOMM is used for personalized, compliant, multi-channel customer communications across regulated industries such as Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop dynamic, reusable, and scalable communication templates using SmartCOMM.

- Work extensively with SmartCOMM Designer (ATD) for template and communication layout development.

- Use SmartCOMM Data Modeler to structure, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.

- Work with SmartCOMM Draft Editor for content creation, editing, and management.

- Develop personalized customer communications including letters, statements, notices, policy documents, and other business correspondence.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical/template specifications.

- Develop solutions supporting print, PDF, email, and other digital communication channels.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize SmartCOMM solutions for performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

- Participate in end-to-end CCM implementation covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SmartCOMM / Smart Communications.

- SmartCOMM Designer / ATD.

- SmartCOMM Data Modeler.

- SmartCOMM Draft Editor.

- Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM).

- Experience in document composition and template development.

- Good knowledge of XML, JSON, and SQL.

- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration.

- Understanding of personalization and business rules.

- Experience with high-volume document generation and batch/transactional communications.

- Good troubleshooting and production-support skills.
