Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Customer Insights : Gather and interpret customer feedback from various sources, including surveys, user testing, and support tickets.
- Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and KPIs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Requirements Gathering : Assist in defining product requirements and creating detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Product Roadmap : Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap by providing data-driven
recommendations.
- Testing : Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features and products meet business and customer requirements.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, specifications, and analytics processes.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role.
Skills :
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
