The Opportunity : KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


- Accountable for establishing the scope of client requirements, aligning Insights capabilities against those needs and designing solutions with a practical delivery structure.


- Ensure an efficient balance of resources is deployed to achieve client expectations in a profitable manner, which also allows teammates to develop and build experience.


- Act as a strategic technology leader and is widely recognised by colleagues and clients as a subject matter expert.


- Maintain robust and wide-ranging relationships with the solution sales community and key account teams to support pre-sales activity, including positioning and scoping of solutions that include SLS capabilities.


- Oversee the completion of operational implementation of tooling (e.g. SAM), including but not limited to data preparation and configuration in the tooling, and core enablement for clients (where in scope).


- Act as a hunter for net new opportunities within clients and prospects engaged with for delivery or in the general working environment.


- Drive the evolution the SLS solutions portfolio, from market offerings to delivery methods, including the development of dif ferentiated intellectual property.


- Responsible for the growth and maintenance of the LCS knowledge base and process libraries including the review and approval of new contributions f rom SLS and LCS teammates.


- Act as a technical pre-sales subject matter expert to sales teammates to define solutions to client requirements that are aligned to the LCS strategy and drive the growth of Insights services footprint.


- Attend and present at external events or through thought leadership pieces, to represent Insight in the marketplace.


- Engage with marketing to promote campaigns, both internally and externally.


- Collaborate with other services practices to grow and develop teammates knowledge of LCS for clients to benefit f rom a more holistic services offering.


- Responsible for managing part of the pipeline for the LCS practice.


Requirement :


- 7+ years of exp in Licensing.


- Exp in Stakeholder Management .


- Exp with Tier 1 Vendor/Publisher.


- SAM pro exp is good to ahve.
