Job Title : Lead/ Senior DevOps Engineer.

Location : Bangalore (Onsite).

Work Type : Full-time.

Responsibilities :

- Own and improve Infrastructure across deployment types & customer environments -Enterprise Cloud, Hybrid & On-premise.

- Automate & set up processes around Infrastructure provisioning, configuration, application deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Ensure best practices through automation, infrastructure as code, robust system monitoring, alerting, auto-scaling etc.

- Define, measure and improve the reliability & security of our systems by collaborating with relevant Product & Tech stakeholders.

- Handle clients facing escalations and incidents.

- Provide Level 1 technical support to address incidents & escalations as part of the 24x7x365 staffing assignment (on-call).

Requirements :

- Proven ability to handle incidents & escalations of complex technical issues by communicating status updates along with RCA to the external and internal stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work with at least one cloud platform (eg. GCP, Azure, AWS).

- Ability to work with Kubernetes and deploy highly reliable distributed systems.

- Good communicator.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science.

- Having a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is a plus.

- Having an AWS Cloud-certified Architect is a plus.

- Having an RHCE or RHCSA certification is a plus.

Experience :

- Professional experience of 5+ years.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes Clusters.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with at least one cloud platform (eg. GCP, AWS, Azure).

Preferred Requirements :

- Previous experience working in Enterprise SaaS is a plus.

- Previous experience of working in an early stage startup is a plus.

Technical :

- Understanding of AWS Cloud, using them to effectively build infrastructure.

- Experience working with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes & Docker).

- Experience working with Unix/Linux environments with a deep grasp on system internals.

- Experience with Configuration Management Systems like Terraform, Ansible etc.

- Experience working with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana) and Database technologies (PostgreSQL).

- Validated breadth of understanding and development of solutions based on multiple technologies, including networking, cloud, database, and scripting languages.
