About the job :

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role blends deep cloud engineering, DevSecOps, IAM, and strong system administration expertise to enable reliable CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and security-first operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP

- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls (DevSecOps)

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Implement and manage IAM policies, RBAC, service accounts, and identity federation

- Embed security practices : secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement

- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization

- Monitor systems, troubleshoot production issues, and lead root-cause analysis

- Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to improve delivery velocity

- Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform

- Proven DevSecOps implementation experience (shift-left security)

- Deep knowledge of IAM concepts : RBAC, SSO, OAuth, service principals

- Solid Linux system administration skills (performance, networking, security)

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

- Infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM, or equivalent

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)

Good to Have :

- Cloud security tools and compliance frameworks

- Multi-cloud networking and hybrid architectures

- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud-native monitoring)

- Cost optimization and FinOps exposure n8n or harness
