Job Title : Sitecore Developer - (Sitecore 10.2 + SXA Development)

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developers to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining websites and applications on the Sitecore Experience Platform.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions

- Develop, customize, and maintain websites and applications on Sitecore 9.x and 10.x.

- Build and enhance Sitecore Components, templates, layouts, and renderings.

- Implement Sitecore workflows, personalization, and content authoring features.

- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, APIs, marketing tools).

- Apply Helix principles and leverage Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for modular development.

- Collaborate with UX, QA, and backend teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while supporting ongoing enhancements,

Technical Competency :

- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x/10.x CMS and Experience Editor.

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Visual Studio.

- Solid understanding of Sitecore architecture, pipelines, and rendering models.

- Familiarity with Helix design principles and SXA.

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks.

- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD deployment tools.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Functional Competency :

- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.

- Bachelors degree in science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Sitecore certification is preferred and will be considered a strong plus.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Flexibility, energy, and ability to work well with others in a cross functional environment.

- Should be able to learn and upskill in new technologies.

- Being a team player can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
