Site Reliability/DevOps Engineer

Role Summary :

We are looking for an SRE DevOps Engineer to build and operate a secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platform. This role focuses on infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud reliability.

- Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure

- Manage Kubernetes clusters and workloads (EKS)

- Implement autoscaling, high availability, and fault tolerance

CI/CD & Automation :

- Automate infrastructure using IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation)

- Improve deployment safety (blue-green, canary, rollback strategies)

Observability & Ops :

- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting

- Tune alerts to reduce noise and improve response

- Assist with incident response and root cause analysis

Security & Reliability :

- Implement IAM best practices, secrets management, and secure networking

- Work closely with security teams to meet fintech compliance needs

- Regularly test backups, failover, and disaster-recovery plans

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience with AWS

- Docker & Kubernetes

- CI/CD tools

- Linux systems

- Networking fundamentals

- Databases (Postgres, Mongo)

- Comfortable supporting production systems

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to fintech security standards

- Prior on-call or production ownership experience
