Role Overview :

As a Pega Developer at Simplify3x, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional and robust Pega applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve configuring Pega rules, developing user interfaces, integrating with external systems, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of the solutions. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to optimize their processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

- Configure Pega rules, flows, data models, and user interfaces to meet specific business needs, enhancing process automation and user experience.

- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using connectors, services, and APIs, facilitating seamless data exchange and process orchestration.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high quality and optimal performance, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring clear understanding and accurate implementation.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the development team.

- Contribute to the development of reusable components and frameworks, accelerating future development efforts and ensuring consistency across projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Pega applications, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.

- Proven expertise in configuring Pega rules, flows, data models, and user interfaces.

- Strong understanding of Pega best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience integrating Pega applications with external systems using connectors, services, and APIs.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
