Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 57 years of experience to play a hybrid role across business analysis, pre-sales solutioning, project coordination, and product strategy.

The ideal candidate will be capable of driving product demos, leading client discussions, supporting delivery, and generating strategic inputs through market research, competitor benchmarking, and innovation scouting.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business needs, product development, and delivery execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong client-facing and pre-sales exposure.

- Proven ability to deliver demos, drive client discussions, and support sales enablement.

- Hands-on with documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, Confluence), modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io), and design tools (Figma, Balsamiq).

- Sound understanding of SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset.

- Experience with SaaS or platform-based products and pre-sales processes.

- Experience in preparing strategic market insights, industry reports, and competitor landscape assessments.
