Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on and versatile GenAI professional to design, build, and productionize enterprise-grade AI solutions across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Pharma domains. The role focuses on developing real-world AI systems that integrate into business workflows, beyond basic chatbot implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build Agentic AI systems embedded in business workflows

- Develop multi-step agents using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel

- Build RAG-based knowledge systems with hybrid search and traceability

- Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured enterprise data sources

- Embed AI into approval workflows and decision-support systems

- Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI preferred)

- Ensure system reliability, observability, security, and compliance readiness

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 8+ years of overall experience, with 2 to 4+ years in GenAI / LLM-based applications

- Strong Python backend development experience (FastAPI/Flask/Django)

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic)

- Experience with Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)

- Strong experience in RAG implementations and vector databases (FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, etc.)

- Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

- Experience with Docker, APIs, and production-grade systems
