We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with strong Kinaxis Maestro experience to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for global clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, working closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation activities including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training, while ensuring high-quality delivery and system performance. You will also provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and drive user adoption of the solution.

What You'll Bring :

- Bachelors degree in engineering

- 5 to 8 years of experience in project implementation of Kinaxis Maestro.

- Certification of Solution Consultant Level 1 or above in Kinaxis Maestro is a must.

- A good functional knowledge of supply chain planning processes is a must.

- A strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies.

- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed

What You'll Do :

- Understand current challenges in supply chain planning with clients and provide expert guidance on how to best implement it on KinaxisMaestro Solutions.

- Work closely with Project team/Kinaxis Solution Architect to develop a business process design that leverages Maestro capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Kinaxis.

- Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results.

- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities.

- Get involved in Solution development and implementations of various applications like DP, SP, S&OP, Unit testing and End-to-End testing, documentation of results and troubleshoot issues with fixes for smooth UAT.

- Design test scripts for configuration testing, create user manual and train users on the capability.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed.
