Experience : 2-5 years

Role Overview : As a Node.js Developer, you will be primarily responsible for the planning and development of scalable backend services and APIs for our Product Engineering division.

Responsibilities :

- Build next-generation server-side applications which are efficient, reusable and with prime focus on performance.

- Explore and design dynamic and compelling data-driven experiences for our cloud-based platforms.

- Architect, develop, and test highly interactive backend web applications and reusable components using current web technologies and frameworks.

- Identify and communicate best practices for application architecture and distributed systems.

- Participate in all phases of the software development cycle as part of a Scrum team.

- Obsess over quality in the product you create and the code you write.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend developers to implement versatile backend solutions and API integrations.

- Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes.

- Work closely with other team members to implement backend solutions, endorsing upcoming standards, launching, iterating, and making a difference.

Qualifications :

- Should hold a bachelor's degree in technology or a related field with minimum 2+ years of professional experience.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js and related frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

- Good with Data structures, algorithms, and backend design patterns.

- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

- Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for backend services.
